Leading Lights exists for one reason: too many people never discover who they were created to be — and the world is poorer for it.
The vision for Leading Lights was conceived in 2011, and the ministry officially commenced as an organization in 2014 under The Life Development Center — set out to answer a simple but profound question: What if every person could discover their purpose, develop their potential, and deploy their calling to transform the world around them?

Under the leadership of Dr. Gregory Lan Ijiwola, Leading Lights has become a place where discovery becomes direction and calling becomes action — equipping value-grounded leaders to carry the principles, power, and character of God's Kingdom into every sphere of society.
