Welcome to Leading Lights Global Network. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, the Purpose Experience Weekend, the LAMP experience, the Global Network platform, our events, and related services (together, the "Services"), operated by Leading Lights Global Network ("Leading Lights," "we," "us," or "our"), a ministry of The Life Development Center. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. About Our Services

Leading Lights exists to discover, develop, and deploy purposeful, value-grounded leaders. Our Services include the Purpose Experience Weekend (Venture 100) and the wider Venture Pathway, the LAMP guided experience, the Global Network community, live and online events, resources, and content. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to use the Services or register for programs. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Accounts and Registration

Some Services require you to create an account or register. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

5. Events and Program Participation

When you register for an event, cohort, or program, you agree to the specific dates, requirements, and any additional terms provided at registration. We may modify schedules, locations, or facilitators when necessary. Any fees, cancellation, and refund policies applicable to a program will be communicated at the time of registration.

6. Community Conduct

The Global Network and other interactive features are intended to foster encouragement, mentorship, and Kingdom-minded community. When participating, you agree not to:

• Post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or harmful;
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation;
• Violate the privacy or rights of others;
• Distribute spam, solicitations, or malicious code; or
• Use the Services in any way that disrupts or damages them.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, curriculum, logos, and trademarks provided through the Services are owned by or licensed to Leading Lights and The Life Development Center and are protected by applicable laws. You may use them only for your personal, non-commercial engagement with the Services. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant Leading Lights a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, and display that content as needed to operate and promote the Services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you share.

9. Donations and Payments

Donations made to Leading Lights support our mission. Program fees and gifts are processed through third-party payment processors. Unless otherwise stated, donations are non-refundable. Refunds for paid programs, if any, are governed by the policy provided at registration.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites and platforms (including LAMP, the Global Network platform, video providers, and payment processors). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and your use of those services is at your own risk.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Content is offered for spiritual, educational, and developmental purposes and is not a substitute for professional advice.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leading Lights, The Life Development Center, and their leaders, staff, and volunteers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leading Lights and The Life Development Center from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful. You may stop using the Services at any time.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be subject to the courts located in Illinois.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
